BBQ Boot Camp July 20th Poultry

This class will focus on proper poultry technique, including brining before smoking . Taught by our very own pit masters. There will be three drink pairings to accompany the class, whiskey, beer, and a cocktail.
Includes Wood Shop's Original BBQ Sauce and Signature Sawdust Rub.
Class is approximately 2.5 hours, broken into 4 segments:
